Patricia Adelstein, ACC, MSOD is a change management consultant and leadership coach. As federal retiree, she founded Adelstein Consulting in 2013 after serving as the sole internal organization development consultant at the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission for over 6 years. She is an expert group facilitator, having designed a wide variety of group facilitation engagements for government and non-profit agencies for over 20 years. Recent projects include a strategic planning effort, and resilience and collaboration training for public agencies An ICF -ACC certified leadership coach; Patricia has a B.A. in Political Science from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master of Science in Organization Development from The American University, Washington DC. She is certified to administer the Strength Deployment Inventory, The Center for Creative Leadership 360 evaluation Instruments, the Drexler-Sibbett Team Performance Model and the Myers Briggs Type Inventory.
