“Good morning!  I wanted to take a moment and share my learnings, my understanding, and my encouragement that, in my opinion, Merzad is exactly what we need as an organization.  I have participated with Merzad since June 6th and it has been an experience that is already changing the way I/we do business in Investor Services.  From the beginning, Mimi and Randie have spoken openly and honestly about their desire to help us take the next steps in being the organization that we want to be.  They have not forced their thoughts and opinions on us but rather have guided us to be honest with ourselves as to who we are and the value we either do or don’t bring to our participants, plan sponsors, and ourselves.  I have been most excited by the change I’m seeing in people in this short period of time.  I’m seeing people speak openly and honestly while being respectful.  The hard conversations are being had at all levels, but we have still a way to go.

I would ask each of you to please give every consideration for Merzad to complete their mission with our organization.  I know there are financial implications, but I believe that the “benefits far outweigh the cost” and the lift we will receive from a different level of focus from our associates on our participants, our plan sponsors, and on each other.
