“In early 2017, we conducted an employee survey to help us improve organizational effectiveness and make RAPS a better place to work. The survey revealed some opportunities for improvement and identified that work was needed to define and clarify the culture needed to support the organization in meeting its goals. After seeing a Merzad Consulting presentation and later meeting with Randie and Mimi, RAPS leadership was convinced their model and experience would assist RAPS in meeting their goal in improving team orientation and effectiveness.
