Ms. van Burk is a Human Resources leader with more than 21 years of experience delivering HR and staffing programs, strategic HR support, management coaching, and driving best in class initiatives in the areas of talent management, workforce planning, change management and recruiting.  She is recognized for leading small teams, organizing, facilitating, and communicating with others to successful completion of projects.  Ms. van Burk is best known for managing multiple perspectives while interacting with others.

Currently Ms. van Burk works with British Standards Institution (BSI), a UK-based organization developing commonly used management systems standards globally.  BSI is the business standards company that equips businesses with the necessary solutions to turn standards of best practice into habits of excellence.
