Prior to joining Comcast, Brian held positions with Charter Communications, Destination Excellence (a management consulting company specializing in customer care), Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and AT&T.  

Brian M. Gillespie is an internationally recognized expert in direct marketing, customer care, and call center operations.  His experience spans the globe in marketing product and services, for both large and small customer care organizations, and has received numerous awards for his innovative and effective achievements. Brian has a Bachelors in Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
