Randie Reilly, MBA

Principal

Randie Reilly has over 15 years of experience in marketing, sales, management, and operations prior to launching Merzad Consulting. After working with both large corporations and small businesses, she realized she wanted to use her skills and passion for problem solving, strategic thinking, and synthesizing information to help small business leaders and nonprofit organizations reach their goals.

Randie is committed to her community and has held several leadership positions therein. Most recently, she sat on the Board of Directors for DC Design House, a design charity benefiting Children’s National Health System. She is currently on the board of Esther Generation, Inc., a nonprofit that unites and empowers women to run campaigns benefitting social justice and humanitarian causes. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Randie brings her many strategic and operational talents to bear in her many roles at Merzad. Through constant research and training, Randie ensures that Merzad offers clients the latest and most cutting-edge ideas in culture development, giving them the best tools to create their own success. She also directs all of Merzad’s marketing and logistics.

Additionally, Randie is a skilled listener and communicator. Along with her partner Mimi, Randie has overseen the creation and facilitation of over 80 workshops in the last 3 years. Her ability to hear through the noise and streamline processes has created the foundation for all of Merzad’s work.
