Avoiding the “Turnover Tsunami”: Companies That Exhibit Strong Values Attract and Retain Top Talent
As vaccines have become available, we can see the light at the end of the pandemic tunnel. But experts are warning of a “turnover tsunami.” According to November 2020 study, about 1 in 4 US employees plan to leave their positions as the pandemic draws to a close. Another study in February of 2021 surveyed 2,000 employees from the US and Canada and found that 52% plan to look for a new job in 2021.
